Target Epitope Specific Engineered Antibody (TESEA) Technology

With the availability of various advanced antibody technologies, including multiple species hybridoma, single B cell and antibody library technologies, scientists can generate an antibody specific to any target molecule. However, additional efforts are required for developing antibodies against specific epitopes, such as an epitope generated from a conformational change during a biological event. Affimedix has developed a Target Epitope Specific Engineered Antibody (TESEA) Technology that allows us to generate “exclusive” antibodies with very high specificity and affinity to capture assay-specific single or multiple epitopes. Taking advantages from the available antibody platforms plus antibody structure-based artificial intelligence, we are generating Target epitope-specific antibodies to develop the Next-Generation Health Diagnostics.
